We want you to love your purchase! If you’re not completely satisfied, we offer a 30-day refund policy from the date of purchase.
Eligibility for Refunds
- Refund requests must be made within 30 days of receiving your order.
- The item must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition you received it.
- Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.
How to Request a Refund
- Email us at admin@thisisfrancis.com with your order number and reason for return.
- We’ll provide return instructions and the return shipping address.
- Once we receive and inspect the item, we’ll process your refund (minus shipping costs) within 5-7 business days.
📌 Note: We do not offer refunds for digital/downloadable products or items damaged due to misuse.
