Eligibility for Refunds

• Refund requests must be made within 30 days of receiving your order.
• The item must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition you received it.
• Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.

How to Request a Refund

2. We’ll provide return instructions and the return shipping address.
3. Once we receive and inspect the item, we’ll process your refund (minus shipping costs) within 5-7 business days.
